Up to 4 people: $900 per week or $2,000 per month. *An additional $120 per week for up to 2 additional people.
CASITA ERICK
$750 per month for an extended stay
of 6 months or more.

RESERVATION POLICY & PAYMENTS
- 25% non-refundable deposit is required to make your reservation. Payment made via PayPal after we have confirmed availability for booking.
- The remainder is due in cash upon arrival.
